We’ve got a big job ahead of us, so that’s why we need a rock star Growth & Marketing Professional to feed the furnace and spin the flywheel even faster. In this role, you will lead growth & marketing activities at the company, report directly to the Founders, and work closely with our Developers, Sales and Operations teams to get the job done. You will be responsible for maximizing all stages of the growth funnel, including awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, revenue and referral.
You will select, implement, and manage new user acquisition and retention tools like Optimizely or Convertize, as well as use our existing infrastructure like Segment, Heap and Periscope. Optimizing retention, conversion, and acceleration tactics, such as A/B testing, personalization, and segmentation for email and our web app will be critical to success.
